The Foothill Catalog Foundation (TFCF) began in the wake of the 2025 Los Angeles Wildfires, when a group of architects came together to answer one question: “How can we make rebuilding after natural disaster accessible to everyone?”

Taking inspiration from the Sears catalog home program of the early 20th century, we set out to develop the modern home Catalog. A collection of regionally specific home designs, imbued with the design intelligence, resiliency, and sustainability measures of the 21st century.

Since it’s inception, TFCF’s community has grown into a network of professionals and neighbors working side-by-side to ensure no family is left behind.

Your support keeps this momentum alive.

Your gift helps us:

  • Fund the development of permit level home designs for disaster-impacted homeowners.

  • Support affordable construction partnerships for uninsured and underinsured homeowners with organizations like Habitat for Humanity.

  • Expand our Catalog of regionally sensitive, pre-approved homes.

  • Provide individual consultations and support for homeowners navigating disaster recovery.

Every dollar directly supports this mission - helping families and communities rebuild faster, affordably, and resiliently.
