Paid upfront to begin the process. Confirms your intent to move forward and is credited in full toward your design licensing fee at signing.
A single licensing fee that covers your pre-approved Catalog plan and the support our team provides from consultation through construction. Paid at signing.
Standard rate for fire survivors. Non-survivor licensing rate is $10/sq ft.
Design & planning

What if I'm uninsured or underinsured?
We work closely with local partners to connect homeowners with additional funding resources and non-profit build support as needed. We're also actively fundraising to waive or reduce licensing fees for severely under- or uninsured homeowners. Reach out to our team directly — we'll work through your situation with you.
