A single licensing fee that covers your pre-approved Catalog plan and the support our team provides from consultation through construction. Paid at signing.

Standard rate for fire survivors. Non-survivor licensing rate is $10/sq ft.

  • Bid support — we work with you to ensure a competitive bidding process
  • Contractor connection — we'll help you narrow down a list of potential contractors
  • End-to-end support — our team checks in your rebuild through completion

We work closely with local partners to connect homeowners with additional funding resources and non-profit build support as needed.
