El Cabrillo

El Cabrillo is an expansive Spanish Colonial home, with a distinctive entry turret, a clay tile roof, and a large central courtyard. This home features three dedicated bedrooms and an office that can double as a guest suite. The kitchen and dining room flow into each other creating an ideal space for hosting events. The living room is on the opposite end of the house, creating natural buffers between this active space and the quiet spaces of the bedrooms.
