El Abuelito is a backyard Spanish ADU designed for independent, multi-generational living. The design features a bathroom with accessible clearances and an open studio plan. El Abuelito is also available in a Craftsman style, “The Opa”, and has two other floor plan options: a single story unit with a roof deck above, and a carriage-house unit above a two-car garage.
