Introducing: The Pacific Palisades Collection
Over the past several months, our team has been working alongside homeowners, community partners, architects, designers, and local experts to develop a framework for a new Catalog that responds to the unique character, conditions, and needs of the Palisades.
As with our work in Altadena, the process begins with understanding a place.
We studied local housing patterns, lot conditions, zoning requirements, HOA guidelines, and the architectural character that makes the Palisades distinctive. We also listened - through community meetings, open houses, consultations, and conversations with residents - to better understand what homeowners are looking for as they rebuild.
The result is a collection of designs that balance place, resilience, and modern building standards - homes inspired by the character of the Palisades while incorporating contemporary approaches to safety, performance, and long-term durability.
Each Foothill Catalog home is designed to meet current California building requirements, including Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) and Chapter 7A standards, while helping to preserving the architectural diversity and individuality that make each neighborhood unique.
These designs are available to all Pacific Palisades residents - there are no income requirements. We welcome the opportunity to meet with homeowners, answer questions, and help you explore how a Foothill Catalog design may fit your rebuilding goals.
To learn more, send us an email or request a consultation with our team.
Building on What We’ve Learned
The Pacific Palisades Catalog is both an expansion and an evolution of the work that began in Altadena.
Several existing Foothill Catalog designs including The Bayview, The Miramar, The Ellwood, The Figueroa II, and The Monterey II are being adapted for the City of Los Angeles permitting process, carrying forward lessons learned from our first year of design and permitting while responding to the unique opportunities and challenges of rebuilding in the Palisades.
In addition, we are introducing a new collection of homes developed specifically for the coastal community, shaped by local feedback, site conditions, and the architectural character of the Palisades.
This collection represents the beginning of the Pacific Palisades Catalog, which will evolve and be informed by continued community feedback and the needs of homeowners.
We look forward to continuing this conversation and hearing your thoughts as these designs move through the next stages of development.
