The Elderflower + JADU

The Elderflower is a single-story Craftsman home designed to adapt over time. It follows universal design principles, with accessible clearances in the kitchen and bathroom to support aging in place. A front porch provides shaded outdoor space, and an attached JADU is accessible via a shared patio. The latter unit can be utilized for multi-generational living or as an income property. This JADU features its own kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry making it a fully functional dwelling unit. The Elderflower is also available with an attached garage in lieu of a JADU or as a freestanding single family residence.
