The Elderflower is a single-story Craftsman home designed to adapt over time. It follows universal design principles, with accessible clearances in the kitchen and bathroom to support aging in place. Front and back porches provide shaded outdoor spaces. The plan can also be built as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) for multi-generational living. The Elderflower is available with or without an attached garage.
