The Gregory is a contemporary take on Mid-Century Modern residential design. The front half of the home is dedicated to the bedrooms, with the primary suite separated from the secondary bedrooms by the entry corridor. The common area with its vaulted ceilings opens out to the backyard. The kitchen is divided by a large bar, ideal for extra cooking space and creating another “nook” space for flexible uses. This floor plan is also available in the Tudor style (“The Elizabeth”).
