The Elizabeth adopts the iconic English cottage architecture of Janes Village into a modern floor plan. The front half of the home is dedicated to bedrooms, with the primary suite separated from the secondary bedrooms by the entry corridor. The common area, which is concentrated in the rear of the house underneath a vaulted ceiling, opens onto the backyard. The kitchen is divided by a large bar, ideal for extra cooking space. With a width of 35 ft, this floor plan can fit on properties as narrow as 50 ft. This floor plan is also available in the Modern style, “The Gregory”.
