The Gregory is a contemporary take on Modern residential design. The front half of the home is dedicated to the bedrooms, with the primary suite separated from the secondary bedrooms by the entry corridor. The common area, which is concentrated in the rear of the house underneath a vaulted ceiling, opens onto the backyard. The kitchen is divided by a large bar, ideal for extra cooking space. With a width of 35 ft, this floor plan can fit on properties as narrow as 50 ft. This floor plan is also available in the Tudor style, “The Elizabeth”.
