Casita Blanca is a charming Mission Revival cottage. The common living space is concentrated in the front of the house, with the covered porch acting as a natural extension of the social space in the home. All of the bedrooms are entered through a vestibule towards the back which also has access to the washer/dryer, a bathroom, and an extra closet. Distinctive details include a Mission gable, a clay tile roof, and arched openings on the front facade. A dedicated formal dining room makes this home unique from other open plan options.
