All of the bedrooms are entered through a vestibule towards the back which also has access to the washer/dryer, a bathroom, and an extra closet. Distinctive details include a Mission gable, a clay tile roof, and arched openings on the front facade. A dedicated formal dining room makes this home unique from other open plan options.
