A Bungalow that offers simple elegance, the Lewis hearkens back to the Craftsman heritage of the Foothill region to fi t seamlessly into any number of Altadena neighborhoods. A front porch provides shaded outdoor space, and an attached JADU is accessible via a shared patio. The latter unit can be utilized for multi-generational living or as an income property. This JADU features its own kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry making it a fully functional dwelling unit. The Lewis is also available as a freestanding single family residence.
