The Garfield IV is an interpretation of the American ‘shotgun” house. This ADU has a Studio layout and comes in under 400 square feet. It has everything needed for independent living: a kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The Garfield IV incorporates accessibility and universal design standards within a compact footprint. The Garfield IV is also available in a vertical orientation (the Garfield III) and alternate 1 Bedroom layouts (The Garfield I + II). All plan options are available in the Spanish style (El Sereno) and the Craftsman style (The Chapman).
