Features of The Opa II

The Opa is a backyard Craftsman ADU designed for independent, multi-generational living. The design features a bathroom with accessible clearances and an open studio plan. The Opa is also available in a Spanish style, “El Abuelito”, and has two other floor plan options: a single story unit with a roof deck above, and a carriage-house unit above a two-car garage.
